Nieves Hospitality is a Certified Minority Owned & Operated Business Enterprise. Founded by Ernie Nieves in 2018, the idea started out as a side hustle and turned into a blooming small business. After creating the business entity and working out the legal stuff it was time to get to work; He purchased a mini all-electric food truck to rent for clients who needed an outdoor solution. But after a few months of testing, he realized that this was not a sustainable solution, so he began to innovate and created our most popular brand, Mini Munch Sliders. This later transformed our small business into what we are today, a leading contender to the billion-dollar food service companies. Our services range from booking any of our proprietary fleet of food truck brands and bar services to upscale catering & events.
We offer innovative food service solutions to clients who are looking for a fresh look at their business and need a return to office solution that is "outside of the box" with fresh ideas to meet today's challenges. We offer cost effective solutions to meet your everyday needs. We own and operate ghost kitchens, a variety of branded food trucks, each with its own concepts and ethnic flair and mobile bar solutions. We currently operate corporate and campus dining programs and cater any type of event on/off premise.
